A: Thank you for the request, the part number is a part number CTGW for a white replacement grill. This can be ordered from your local Cadet dealer such as Home Depot. Thank you and have a great day.
A: Hello TMac, You will want the RMGW grill kit and the RMT2W thermostat. You will have to uninstall your current dial(thermostat) and then install the RMT2W on the new grill.
A: Hello Bobby, thank you for your question! The grill louver on the Com-Pak twin grill is only designed one way and can't be manufactured with the louvers pointing downward. Per our phone call, this heater is not approved to be mounted high up on the wall and must be brought down toward the floor to operate correctly. If you wanted to replace your ComPak Twin with something approved to be mounted that high, we would recommend the Apex72 highwall heater that is mounted 72 inches from the floor, 10 inches from the ceiling. Below is a link for the Apex72 kit we sell in 1000 watts 240 volts. This heater is smaller than your current heater so you would need to do some wall repair. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Cadet-Apex72-1000-Watt-240-Volt-Electric-High-Wall-Heater-Kit-with-Wall-Thermostat-HWC102K/206276425?keyword=hwc102k
