The Cal Flame Built-in 4-Burner Gas BBQ Grill has the cooking power of up to 75,000 BTUs. This stainless steel grill features a convenient full width drip tray, four cast stainless steel burners with independent ignitions, lip guards on all burners to prevent clogging, independent knobs with an exclusive patented design and convenient lights to cook day or night. The rotisserie feature has motor mounts on the grills left or right side and includes an independent 15,000 BTUs rear burner that is ideal for rotisserie cooking. Enjoy favorites like eggs or bacon with an easy to store griddle tray designed to fit the Cal Flame grill or infuse BBQ with the smoky flavor everyone loves with a covered accessory smoker tray. The Cal Flame grill cover is included. Grill comes with a 10-year limited warranty.

Disappointed with another CalFlame product. Was excited to use my new grill and noticed that the rod holding one of the flame tamers was poorly welded. Not only is there a hole in the weld, but the rod was welded in crooked. Contacted customer service, and they just said I could bend it myself. I know better. If I try to fix it myself and it breaks, then they would blame me and not cover it under warranty. Next, the igniter for the IR burner does not work. They told me to sand the tips, but that did not fix it. They sent me out a new igniter, but I have to take the whole barbecue apart just to try to replace it. It is ridiculous that they expect their customers to fix their poor quality, defective product. In addition, the lights stopped working after one use, and the tip of the rotisserie rod is missing due to poor build quality. CalFlame customer service sent me directions to check the voltage and ignored the defective rotisserie rod. I can’t believe they would expect their customers to do all these repairs. If the barbecue wasn’t already installed I would’ve just returned it to Home Depot. Poor customer service and poor quality control. If I can’t get this resolved then I will likely return it to Home Depot and get a Blaze grill.... which I probably should’ve purchased to begin with.

Been using for 3 weeks - great so far.
Bought this grill last year and was finally able to use at New Years' after a lengthy Porch Covid project completion. I've read the other reviews and, while I've experienced some uneven grilling temperatures, I believe this can be remedied by fine tuning the flame, as outlined in the owner's manual. I am thoroughly impressed with the grill's ability to reach and sustain very high temperatures - taking a bit getting used to compared to traditional stand alone units. Also pleased with the overall construction of this unit. Extremely well built and I anticipate will last a long time. One bit of install advice - you can make the points of contact a bit narrower as 38 and 7/8 does not leave much lip for the grill to rest on.

Junk. High expectations but terrible grill.
MADE IN CHINA quality proves is. Burners never burned blue always orange and most parts began rusting in one month. Contacted manufacturer and their final response was literally "it is what it is." Home Depot however was AWESOME and refunded me fully.

Best In Class Hands Down
There aren't many mfg's even in the ball park of Cal Flame on Built-In Gas Grills. We operate Castaway Lodge on the middle Texas Gulf Coast and our P5 is located in our outdoor kitchen. We keep it covered mostly but this is a harsh hurricane and humidity prone environment. Our first P5 was installed in 2014 and performed well through Hurricane Harvey and countless weather events through August of 2021. As of this date, we are replacing our 2014 model with a brand new unit as the original has finally passed the point of no return. 7 years of heavy duty commercial use in a harsh environment tells you all you need to know. In researching alternatives, nothing matches Cal Flame on any level, quality, price, components, etc. There is no substitute competing anywhere close to the P5.
