Rusts instantaneously
Do not purchase unless you plan to immediately cover it after each use. Less than a month of owning and it began to rust and discolor. Cal Flame’s response was read the manual and use specific products to clean it.

Bought this to replace my husbands brinkman since they are no longer in business,unable to find replacement parts. Did my research based on reveiws,price and btu. My husband LOVES this grill. I also added the searer,that's his favorite thing about it. Right out of the box we could see the huge difference in quality. He did have to do a few adjustments on his current cutout,but we already knew this. Worth the extra work. This is a heavy,well made grill. Everything about it,burners are heavy cast iron,grates are heavy solid stainless, seems to be very high quality compared to his brinkman. The lid alone seemed to weigh as much as his old one. For the price and the fact you can add the searer, I didn't find a better deal. Now that we have it I have no second thoughts that I made the right choice. No complaints and a very pleased husband:)
