AirShim SLIM is an inflatable safety wedge, pry bar and leveling tool with a 150 lbs. load rating. You can use the SLIM to lift, shift, level and plumb items during installation. Its narrow design enables you to use it in hard to access spaces while still providing powerful lifting ability and safety. It is powerful enough to exert up to 150 lbs. of wedging pressure and soft so it won't scratch smooth surfaces. It spans gaps from 3/32 in. to 1 in. Its adjustability provides precise adjustment during installation. Plus, with its narrow 3 in. x 6 in. pressure surface, the AirShim SLIM can reach into tight spaces and provide a stable platform that does not wrap or fold around narrow loads.

Boot stretcher
I use this to stretch the toe box of leather boots that weren't made in wide sizes. Remove insole. Wad up brown paper tightly, stuff in boot along the sides with an Airshim Slim between.
Inflate and deflate, then stuff more paper. Repeat several times. Make certain the problem spots are firm, adjust paper until they are when bag is inflated. Leave in overnight or longer. The leather being moistened from the inside helps.
