You will need to contact our tech support team for the correct size belt. Three different belts have been used on this model. Please contact our tech team by calling either 800-543-6400, option 5 or emailing chpowercustomerservc@campbellhausfeld.com. They are available from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. When you contact them please have the serial number of the compressor available so that they can supply the correct belt size and style. The serial number should be on a white sticker on the tank towards the back left hand side.
(... Work on Single Phase / 240v?) Y-E-S! .... many times, the "TERMS" of 230v verses 240v are used one-for-the-opposite in describing these Units. - - - - eli2
The Campbell Hausfeld VT6195 is sold as shown in the pictures, just the compressor by itself. The only assembly of the compressor will be installing the air filter to the pump and inserting the crankcase breather. The unit need to be permanently mounted to a concrete floor with anchor bolts and isolation pads and installed under the tank to reduce vibration on the tank. This unit weighs 250 pounds and is very top heavy so it requires a team of people to move it around safely. It is recommended that an isolation (ball) valve should be installed on the outlet of the tank as well. Everything past this point for accessories/tools would depend on which tools/tasks you plan to use your compressor for.
To: 'JOHN' dated Oct 5 - Re:{is the motor 208v compliant?} The complete answer to your Question can be found by downloading the available pdf files located beneath that PIX: Within those, C-H states the following data about motor: [....208 - 230v...] ....eli2
The Campbell Hausfeld VT6195 60 gallon 3.7 HP air compressor can run most general duty sand/soda blasters. It is important to look at the rating of the sand/soda blaster and make sure that the flow requirement for the blaster is not more than the 10.2 CFM that this unit can produce at 90 PSI. For instance the Black Bull sand blaster available on www.homedepot.com (link: http://www.homedepot.com/p/BLACK-BULL-90-lbs-Gravity-Feed-Abrasive-Blaster-SFSB90/202481523) only uses 7 CFM @ 80 PSI so the Campbell Hausfeld VT6195 can run this sand blaster.
(Will H.D. place this Compressor on my 14' Concrete Floor?} Sir: In spite of the glowing 'REPLY' regarding the saving-of-$$$ by "D.I.Y." techniques - - DON'T believe it for (1) second! This may well only weight approximately 250# more / less - BUT - the vast Majority is ABOVE the Top of that 60 gallon Storage Tank!! ....extremely-top-heavy is NOT an exaggeration! The Maker has so-stated at other 'REPLIES' herein at HOMEDEPOT FORUM in oder to "CAUTION" potential Customers against trying without a NUMBER of qualified Persons, accustomed to man-handling awkward, dangerous LOADS! .... Thanks for your Question! - - - - eli2
(Still made in U.S.A.?} Sir: YES, Air Pump & Tank BUT, all of our 'Compressor Units' any more might be assembled from "Globally-sourced" parts - I.E. - Electric Motor, 'V' Belt, Pressure Switch, etc., etc.. - - - - eli2
