A:  The blow gun air flow is controlled by the lever. The more you push the lever the higher the air flow goes.

      A:  This does have attachments for a Schrader valve but you will need to go to a professional bike shop to fine a presta-to-schrader conversion kit. The hand lever in this kit will make it very easy to use both
