Does this filter/reg. come with a mounting bracket?

No it does not. It screws directly inline to your pressure line. It was a direct hookup for my setup.

Can i mount the gauge on either front or back to accomodate flow and mounting needs?

Short Answer: Yes. Longer: There is no mount included with this unit. The accessory mount can be installed in either direction. You can mount the pressure gauge in either hole, allowing air flow to go left or right from the unit.
