AnswerDear Valued Home Depot Customer, We have reached out to the manufacturer and their reply is, The height of model 61532 is 37" with the backsplash > and > 34.25" without the backsplash and it is attached to the table top with > screws and it does not have to be attached.
What are the drawer dimensions? I need more space for spices.

The kit built up nicely. The fit of all the pieces and gaps around doors and the drawer are very good. There were a couple errors in the instructions related to quantities of a couple screws, but the kit had everything needed. The oil finish is ok. Quality of the wood is good.

Clear instructions for assembling, and all needed parts were included in the shipment. The left and right cabinet glides were not marked, as the instructions indicated, but that didn't pose a big problem.

I generally do not purchase anything sight unseen, but needed a little extra storage and cabinet space and could not find what I liked. This cart gives me that little bit of extra space and is beautiful as well. The assembly is not difficult but takes 2-3 hours. Just pay attention and follow the instructions and you should have no problems. The quality and workmanship are quite good - no flimsy pieces. The only problem we encountered was the hole in the magnet plate is too large for the screw head - no big deal.
I am very pleased with my purchase.

The kitchen island, or work center is a very nice addition to my kitchen. The instructions were very easy to figure out, especially when they showed each screw size next to the applicable section. The drawer was a little crooked, but it was an easy fix. The quality of the wood is excellent, but the connections of the wheels to the bottom were lousy--the wheels kept coming off.
