This pasta set produced in China is of very poor quality due to the painting of the ceramic where you can actually feel some of the decoration paint layer on the ceramic exterior surface, which is probably not healthy or safe. This set was purchased as a gift for someone who liked our authentic & safe Italian pasta set. If this set purchase would have been for ourselves, I would have definitely returned it ASAP.
