photo eye sensor requires constant adjustment
I have had these garage door openers for 7 weeks. They were professionally installed. I submitted a previous review right after they were installed saying how pleased I was with the garage door openers. I am still pleased with the openers but they do have one frustrating short coming. The photo eye sensors are held in place on the garage door roller track by spring clips. The vibration of the garage doors going up and down cause the spring clips to slip after every 4-5 opening and closing of the door. When the sensors are out of alignment, the garage door will not close. It is irritating and frustrating to have to readjust the sensors every other day. Chamberlain should go back to the "L" shaped bracket that screws to the track or the wall to hold the sensors. I have had garage door openers for 50 years and never had a problem with the sensor alignment until now.

Didn’t come with motion sensitive light
The product as described online has a motion-sensitive sensor on the control button. I bought the product and had it installed. I noticed there was no motion sensor on the control button. Looking at the packaging, I noticed the manufacturer put a sticker over the original item showing a motion sensitive light and replaced it with the basic control. You’d think they would change the model number so the specs would match the documentation!

Nice and Fairly Quiet
I installed this myself, replacing a 10-year-old chain drive opener. It is much quieter than my old clacking opener.
I spent several hours researching different brands and models before I decided on the B4613T. The motion sensor, quiet belt drive, MyQ app compatibility, battery backup, decent overall customer review ratings and a reasonable price are just some of the things that led me to my choice. It has some good features without becoming too gimmicky which can lead to failure. The lifetime warranty on the motor and belt is nice and shows that Chamberlain isn't afraid to stand behind their products.
I did a quick and free reroute of the antenna to nearly double the remote range. It now hangs down outside of the case, instead of coiled up inside it. The pics show which screws to remove to gain access to the antenna.

Gold Silence
purchased this just two days ago. went together super easy following video instructions. Had to swap head piece from old open with this one as clevis pins were different length and rail is narrower. once ip and connected everything just worked. Remotes had incredible range and myq wifi easy to setup. connected new Rav4 builtin opener to it as well.

Had to Return Immediately
Started the install when I noticed a tiny sheet of paper saying the box doesnt include the motion sensor wall switch, just a dumb switch. No notice on the box, or any discount on price. Applied for a new motion switch, but no email confirmation. Returned.

not so smart opener
This supposedly smart opener worked great for about 3 weeks before it stopped. The MyQ error code suggested the sensors were not aligned which was not accurate. Chamberlain tech support said it wasnt the opener and admitted the codes arent always accurate. Clopay the HD installation company refused to send an installer back out. I ended up having OverheadDoor come out who concluded the opener is the issue. Avoid the finger pointing game and do not buy this unit or use Clopay to install.
