worst ever
Worst tiller i ever had. It is throwing soil around itself. It cannot move forward because it is too light to grip with wheels and move against reverse rotating tines! You have to push it! It is easier to dig up the soil with the shovel. And even faster, i think

Response from Champion Power ExpertJun 9, 2021
We are sorry to hear this. When tilling, it is best to not push down on the handlebars. Doing so can take the weight off the wheels, which makes them lose traction. Avoid trying to dig too deeply too quickly, especially when busting sod or when tilling soil that hasn’t been tilled for some time. Use
shallow depth regulator settings (only an inch or two deep) for the first passes through the soil. With each succeeding pass, dig another inch or two deeper. While tilling, relax and let the wheels pull the tiller along while the tines do the digging. If you require additional assistance, please give us a call at 1-877-338-0999 or send us an email at support@cpeauto.com. Thank you for your patience.

Despite the fact that I'm a hardcore Troy-Bilt rototiller fan I couldn't find a new one within my area. So I held my nose and took a chance on the Champion, and now I have no regrets about it. Excellent runner, superb digger even on new tilling area as I decided to expand the garden size this year. Does require some assembly but even with my lack of skills I had it up and running within the hour. Long term can't say much as I just got it less then 2 months ago, but seems well built and strong. Over all very satisfied with the Champion.

Powerful tiller
Easy to assemble added oil and gas started on second pull. Very powerful machine would definitely recommend.

parts broke before product was even used.
I haven't even used this rototiller yet....I put it together then had a friend check to make sure I did everything correct...I then put oil and gas in and fired it up on second pull...pressed forward clutch handle and tines turned...pressed reverse clutch handle and saw a piece fall to the ground...cable snapped and broke at the reverse handle. I phoned company and was referred to a call back but none came yet...will have to wait and see if I get a call tomorrow. At the present time, I cannot recommend this product but maybe I can once this problem is corrected

Great machine. Lots of power.
We have a country garden that was completely overgrown and we used this tiller to bring the garden back to life. Very surprised and happy about how much power it has. Chewed through all the overgrown grass and weeds. Assembly was pretty simple if you know how to follow directions. It started very easy. Great product. We were thinking of buying an old used tiller but glad we didn't. At least we know this has all the power we need and will last for years to come.

absolutely Champion
I have a vegetable patch approx 30x60'. I have been looking at a rota tiller for a couple of years. I purchased the Champion rota tiller from Canadian Tire. I went home and put it together, instruction manual was easy to read and follow.Started first pull and in 90minutes I had an awesome veg patch.

Powerful little tiller
Used this tiller to get my garden ready for the winter season. It did the trick, it's a hardworking machine and made quick work of the soil. I was able to expand the garden as well. Came in a box and it was pretty easy to set up and works great. I'm excited to have it to save myself some backache.

My first tiller purchase
This is my first tiller purchase. I've rented numerous tillers overtime. I like the fact that this killer has forward and reverse tine rotation. It was very easy to assemble it only took an hour and a half for me to assemble using the tools provided with the tiller itself. The quality of the product looks good. I look forward to completing the yard work I need to do with this new tiller.
