How much wood does it hold will it hold a cord?

A face cord is typically 4 feet high by 8 feet long with logs cut to about 16 inches in depth. While the rack offers a generous capacity with a 24-inch depth, it is not sized to hold a full cord of wood, which measures 128 cubic feet (4 ft. × 8 ft. × 4 ft.). Depending on how your firewood is cut and stacked, you may be able to store somewhat more than a standard face cord, but it will not accommodate an entire full cord. Does this rack sink into the ground? Does it need pavers or brinks to sit under the footing?

24" deep seems large - most logs would fall though unless bars are closer together. what is the distance between the bottom bars?
They are about 12 inches
The feet are 24 inches wide. Not the tubular parts that hold the wood.
It is listed at 24 inch depth. How far apart are the bottom rack bars? I am trying to figure out how short my logs can be for this rack.
