Customers need to know the internal lines get stuck a lot however; you are able to fix by pulling blinds down & up until the shades are up or down completely or even. These shades look beautiful. I have only had them for 3 weeks time will tell.

Like it, so far - it's still new
First impression is it's very good - it'll take several months to decide true opinion about quality and value.
HEADS-UP: be certain a) the brackets are positioned and installed in correct orientation. The drawings provided are helpful but it took some time to determine if actual install orientation was correct; b) you understand, for the Headrail, which side is Front and which is Back. I failed to understand this step. When it's time to mount the bracket the Back MUST face the window.

I think these blinds are pretty average. I would recommend saving more money until you are able to purchase a better option. These do not hold up well if you have kids at home. Once bent they are damaged and no longer can be put up instead they just hang low. We will upgrade to a better product soon.
