        A:  I am not sure if it comes in nickle finish. I purchased white because my doors were painted white. It is a great look on the white doors.

          A:  These are designed to fit onto doors which are 1-3/8” thick. If it won't fit over your door this can be mounted direct to the door as well.

            Q:What is the difference between a Y and T ironing board. Apparently this item only works with a T board. Thanks!

            A:  The reference to Y versus T style ironing boards has to do with the shape of the leg supports that hang from the caddy. This iron caddy is meant to support T style legs. Most Y shaped will interfere with upper structure used to hold the iron.

              Finally a place for the iron and the board
              Very easy to put on door and the ironing board finally has a home. I was moving the ironing board out of my way all the time, now it has a convenient spot of its own and even better the iron can be with it.
