It was a little difficult to construct. We wound up having to get more dowling and glue it all. The dimensions are not as stated. It is nowhere near 16 inches, however, it is working out well. We needed space behind to conceal cords. The finish is lovely and matches the one we have beside it. We are very happy with it.

Stylish organizer
it was very easy to assemble. one person can complete in 15 minutes, Instructions were clear and easy, all the necessary pieces came with it. Nothing complicated. Easy to carry because it is very light weight but still looks sturdy and durable. I love the color, love the size and height. Walnut color looks elegant. It has 3 shelves that fits 13 inch organizing cube basket.looks stylish in every angle.

Economical, attractive cube storage unit
This is a three cube organizer that assembles quickly with a Philips head screwdriver and a hammer. The unit is made of engineered wood with laminated sides, and the overall dimensions are 16 wide by 44 inches high. This unit assembles from two side pieces, a top and bottom piece, and two middle dividers. Assembly is done through screwing on cams and placing locks on the sides, and inserting wooden dowels. You then assemble the pieces in the order specified, tighten the cams, and nail on the backer cardboard. Make sure the unit is square when you nail the backer on. Overall, about 15-20 minutes to assemble. The assembled organizer is fairly lightweight and the interior cube’s inside dimension of 13 by 13 by 13 inches are designed to fit fabric storage bins (not included). Nice & Sturdy
This is a nice & sturdy 3-cube organizer. It is well made and once you put it all together it feels very solid and sturdy. It is made of laminate wood but the wood is really thick, the outside pieces are almost 1.25" thick and the inner pieces/shelves are approx. 0.5" thick. It is much better built than another cheaper cube organizer that we previously bought.
Installation is straight forward and the provided hardware is great. They do not provide any spare hardware though.
The shelves (dividers) are fixed in place so you cannot adjust them, but I think that's the design intent anyway. It also comes with a color-matched thin back panel that you can decide not to install if you wanted to see through the cube openings.
The walnut finish is nice and dark. It arrived with zero knocks or scratches.

Stand it up or lay it down!
This organizer has thick outside panels which allows it to be stood up tall or laid down on its side and still be sturdy.
We are using it in our daughters room as a stand for her pet cage and with the supplies stored in the cubes by laying it on its side which is low enough for her to access. Otherwise you can stand it up and use it as advertised, which looks and works great too.
Assembly is really easy as there are not that many parts and it took me about 15 minutes taking my time.
It's lightweight but fairly sturdy when you nail the backing on. The backing itself seems a little thinner than what I've seen on others but it still does what it's supposed to.
Overall, its a nice looking organizer that provides more versatility than typical particle board furniture.

Stylish Organizer
Stylish 3 tier organizer perfect for dressing up a room or adding storage to a walk in closet or dorm room. Very easy assembly that takes about 20-30 minutes if you stay organized. Slight difficulty aligning shelfs and walls into holes by myself but still easy and manegable for one person. It is normal to have a gap in shelf at very end until you tighten the camvets at the end. Shelves seem very sturdy and organizer as a whole seems very well manufactured.

Well made organizing shelf
My wife decided we needed these to help organize toys for our son. We received it in quickly and my wife couldn't wait for me and decided to put it together herself. She said it was easy to assymble and had clear instructions and even had some help from our almost 4 year old. She bought two of these shelves, the 3 cube and 9 cube organizers and put them side by side. They look great and made of quality material and are very sturdy. Makes a great addition to any room.

Perfect with "milk crates"
Our grandkids playroom in our house was needing some organizing since it was starting to get cluttered with toys. We like to keep their toys stored in those colorful plastic "milk crates" but we just had them laying around the room in no particular order. So, I did some checking and the measurements of the milk crates (13"x13"X11") were perfect for using with this Organizer by ClosetMaid which measures 13 1/2"x13 1/2"x13 1/2" for the interior space of each storage cube. Now we are able to store the crates vertically taking up less floor space. Plus, each crate is easily accessible in its own storage cube. The white color of the Organizer makes for a nice, neutral background for each of the brightly colored crates. Assembly is very simple, taking less than half an hour, following the easy to read instructions.
