This well-built work light was so impressive I purchased 5 on sale at Home Depot. Bet the new version with the red power button. With the rechargeable Coast ZX955 battery, the light ran for 32 hours continuously at the low setting - with power remaining.

This light is a absolute life saver not just saying that but it really is . As a freight conductor on a class 1 railroad . I have gone thru many of the lanterns furnished by the railroad and nothing can hold a candle to this light. Pun intended. I have used this light every night and it has literally changed the way I work. I can us both hands to mount the train and still have control of my light. The focus feature is great for spotting long distance signs and switches and for close in work between cars either leaving it on my wrist or putting it on a car with the magnet. I use it like a pointer on my wrist by putting it over my hand and letting the handle keep it there.. When I use it like this I have free use of my hands to grab the handles on the cars. The lanterns the railroad furnished have to be held or looped over your arm and are not nearly as bright or focused..One more thing is that I appreciate the light switch that once you turn it on the setting that you desire it takes just one click to turn it off and you don't have to toggle thru every setting.

Got this a week ago, have used it every day. Even left it on all night underneath a truck still full brightness in the morning! Easy to use , manuverable and the focus lens is nice for engine work! Awesome light! Coast are the only lights in my tools box

I've been very impressed with this little light. The magnet is super strong, and with the pivoting light, and pivoting base the light can literally be directed anywere, and I mean that either using the battery magnet as the mounting point, or just placing the flashlight on the ground. So far, the battery life has been great. Love the three light brightness settings. The on/off button can be easy to hit, but I've learned to just face the light away from me with the on/off button towards me. Also, this light works well as a hand held light, especially with the focusing beam!!

The coast focusing led work light is a great tool for any tool box. with its 180 degree swivel, and its rotating outer bracket, the light can be positioned to aim at most any source needing light. Its 3 powers of lighting, provides enough light for most any job. The only improvement I would like to see is the capability of recharging the batteries between useage. Also the battery compartment door needs a better locking feature. when the light accidentally fell, the door opened, and the batteries fell out.
