Hello - This kit contains a variety of Command Picture Hanging products. The largest picture that can be supported is up to 16 lbs in weight and 24"x36" in size when using 4 pairs of the large picture hanging strips. It won't stay. I am 0 for four, which meant four light frames put on walls via this kit and all four on the floor within 48 hours, one damaged. There is no shortcut, use nails.
Will these stick to clean, painted concrete block?
No.

If you remove the strip does it peel the paint from walls?

Will these work to hang stuff on a brick fireplace (where I can't use a nail)?
No.
If the brick is painted or sealed our products will work. Unfortunately brick that has not been painted or sealed is too porous for our products to last long-term. We also suggest avoiding product placement over large grout lines. Thanks for asking!
We have an number of different items to hang with "variable" weights ranging from .5 to over 6 lbs.
Thanks for your question. This product lists “variable” because there are multiple products with varying weight limits. The Sawtooth Picture Hangers hold up to five pounds each, the Wire Back Picture Hangers hold up to five pounds each, the Large Picture Hanging Strips hold up to four pounds per set, the Small Picture Hanging Strips hold up to one pound per set, and the Poster Strips hold up to one pound each. I believe the heaviest item in this kit holds 5lbs. Other smaller weight hangers included for posters, hanging keys, etc.
Inned to hang little stuffon the wall that's is painted with a gloss finish. Would this work??? Recommend something plea
