Hi. Where should I submit a warranty request for the Eaton Tamper-Weather Resistant GFCI? It's blinking red. Should I go with Commercial Electric or Eaton?

What are the 16 different configurations for this? I only see 1. GFI horizontal 2. GFI vertical 3. Duplex horizontal 4. Duplex vertical?

What size knock outs
Hi Ahsb, the openings on the box are 1/2".
Does it have a spot for half inch knockout or does it have the adapter to make a half inch knockout exist?

Is the larger circular pop-out for a 240 V outlet to be installed? Is there any reason the 120V couldn't be replaced with a 240V (obviously with the appropriate rewiring)?
Hi Emily, as long as it fits one of the KO sizes it would work however you need to look at the depth as well and might need a deeper cover or a deeper box. HD carries both of those.
I have bought 2 of these so far & there is no green light. Outlet works fine, Red light shows after pressing Test bottom but no green light after Resetting.
Same here, but I don’t think it is supposed to light up green. I’ve read that some Eaton products done show green for grounded / properly functioning outlet. Have you tested it with a three prong tester?

Outlet has no power after wiring. Testing the wires going in it is live but in the outlet it is not?
