MDF panels are engineered for non-structural applications. Plywood is a much more stronger material. Plywood is manufactured from sheets of cross-laminated veneer and bonded under heat and pressure with strong adhesives.

          The board is smooth and sturdy. I used it for my workbench top. I had it delivered it and it was delivered ahead of the schedule. Unfortunately, it was raining and got little wet as the delivery person just left it in front of the garage. I had to move fast to bring it inside. All good but I have to keep in mind that I have to be home to receive the delivery especially if it is going to rain.
