I wouldn't use ground contact pressure treated. I would use the regular pressure treated, the kind that doesn't have the holes in it. It looks better without the holes.

I constructed some firewood racks using the PT 2 X 4 for runners that will have ground contact. The quality of these boards is excellent. I needed straight boards with no twist and no significant defects to make good runners for these racks. Without sorting the unit that was in the rack at our local Home Depot, I quickly found the suitable boards for this project.

Also, try to select lumber with no knots. Lots of knots means more sap in wood and this will cause more warping as lumber dries in sunshine. I had severe twisting and curling on some lumber I used to make a privacy fence. Fortunately, the Home Depot Manager replaced them for no charge.
