Needed new pans for induction hob. These were just ok...
Needed new pans for induction hob. These were just ok for me. The handles are too rounded making it very heavy to hold, hard on the wrist, as the handles twist round. The pans heated well with induction. I’m used to cooking with stainless steel so these were not an issue in that regard, but I found they didn’t clean well in the dishwasher. Rainbow effect and dark marks that wouldn’t scrub off with soft scrub. All pans nowadays seem to say use on low to medium heat only. I’m not prepared to baby pans, I need to boil water. So they were returned.
