Hello, this is a 10 pack. Thank you.
In cardboard, very flexible.
Hello, yes, we recommend Krylon Fusion spray paint for Plastic. It provides a durable layer. Brushes and rollers are not recommended though, because the paint layer will be too thick and can peel. If you need to use a brushed paint, use a primer or base layer of Krylon Fusion for plastic for better hold, thank you.
If what you're replacing, is simply a non weight bearing covering, it should work well. If you're attaching to a metal frame, you'll need to reuse the original sheet metal screw holes, to avoid having to drill more holes.
According to the image, and the stuff I've seen before, the flutes run the long side, so 96 inches end to end.
Probably, but you would need to think it through. This material is basically polypropylene, so it is water repellent. Paints made for use on plastic use powerful (toxic) solvents. Perhaps priming the board with one of these paints would allow you to use acrylic paint for the final product, but I would encourage testing a sample. We wouldn't want your scenery to start flaking off in the second act.
No, this product does not biodegrade. You still still recycle it, however.
This product has no R value. It is not an insulator. It is simply a sheet of corrugated Plastic.
Hello, the manufacture does not measure how long a plastic sheet will last in the sunlight as so many factors can affect durability. Location of the sheets, winter/ summer differences. It should be good to last a little while, but shouldn’t be considered a permanent solution, thank you.
