AnswersThe padding on the set we ordered was black and I do not believe there were other color options when we ordered ours. We went with these since they were folding (for storage when not in use) and they were a similar style to our existing kitchen table chairs. We've had them just over a year and have been pleased.

These chairs are great. Very nice-looking, nice padded seat. The way they came packaged kept them from being scratched or broken. Perfect extra seating for my dining table. So much better than metal folding chairs.

storage a little frustrating
I like these chairs because they're nice looking and comfortable but they are an annoyance to store.
As far as I can tell there is no locking mechanism so they unfold extremely easy. I have tried leaning them against a wall in my closet and they slide and unfold; I have tried hanging them up but contrary to the description, they do not fold flat and have an angular concave shape so they're awkward and take up more space than I anticipated.
