AnswersUnless I talk to someone above the two in customer service(that phone number is customer service), where I have been mislead for many weeks now, the answer will (more than likely), be of no use. Two times I was sent a rubber gasket that were not the one that is the primary gasket in the oven. The gasket in the oven is a form of fiberglass that contains many pins that hold the gasket in place.
Is this oven precision calibrated to hold temperatures exactly? And does it have proofing and fermenting capabilities at 100°F

AnswerThank you for your questions. This oven is not precision calibrated, it can have a difference of 10-15 degrees of the set temperature. The oven temperature can only be set as low as 220 degrees. I hope this information helps.

Happy to have found a Cosmo 24" in store
Love the stainless steel look. I wish the operating instructions received a little more care and detail. Love the price and the fact that I could actually find a 24" unit in a brick and mortar store in my area. Two lights would be nice as it's difficult to see anything through the grid etched on the glass. Preheat times seem very long but I don't know if this is normal for similarly priced unit. I would still but it again.

Easy order and fast delivery. Easy install. Documentation could be better. Control panel is intuitive with symbols. Panel should default backlit. I was amazed that in convection mode it is absolutely quiet. If the oven light wasn't on you wouldn't know it was on. I always check support phone...nobody answered...just a hang up after many rings.

This fit the space pretty well. It was a tiny bit wider and a few inches shorter than my circa 1962 wall oven. It is working well. Just two complaints: first, my half sheet cake pan no longer fits, and second, it occasionally shuts itself off. I am still reading the manual and trying to figure out why it shuts off. So far, I've been nearby to see when it happens. But it would be really annoying if you were counting on something to continue baking and it decided to shut off! The best thing about it is that the temperature setting is very reliable (unlike the old oven). It holds the temperature very well--unless it shuts itself off.

I was sold seeing this oven came with a Convection as well as self cleaning features. The child safety lock is also a great added feature. I have only had this oven for a week so I am still learning to cook with the 10 features this wall oven comes with. Installation was quick & easy! So far I have been very pleased with this wall oven it has met my expectations and the price point was exactly where I wanted to be knowing that in a couple years my kitchen will be gutted for a remodel. I will definitely be looking at Cosmo Appliances for my remodel!!!!

I purchased this oven as a replacement for a 1960's pink wall oven (still works if interested :) ) in my rental. The oven was smaller than the original oven so there are gaps around the oven that I am still working on dressing up. Cosmo does not have a trim kit so looking for options. It would be great if Cosmo would have options for trim kits since the oven is definitely smaller that most replacement ovens. Otherwise the oven looks great. I haven't had any complaints from the renters. The self cleaning is going to be a great function and I'm sure I will need to try it out soon when I get new renters.

Easy to install, specifications exactly as described. Really loving this oven - bought it for a covered outdoor kitchen to keep heat out of the house in the summer, and have been super impressed. There are enough options to keep me experimenting for some time, but this is my first convection oven and I never thought it could be such a difference. Also, the racks have a perfect fit and just the right amount of resistance when pulling out to keep you and your hot food safe. Definitely a great buy!
