About This Product
The Crescent Pass-Thru Adjustable Wrench Set provides the benefits of three tools in one product. It includes a standard adjustable wrench with a maximum 1-1/8 in. jaw capacity, but the jaw on the wrench head can be easily removed and reversed, turning it into an adjustable pipe wrench with a maximum 1 in. capacity. On the opposite end, the traditional hang hole has been transformed into a ratcheting pass-thru ratchet head that can be used with the included SAE/metric universal sockets.

Are the sizes screen printed on the sockets? Is there a risk of them rubbing off?
The product information and manual don't specify whether the sizes are screen printed or etched onto the sockets. Therefore, I cannot confirm whether there's a risk of them rubbing off.

Push it out from the back, it pops out with light pressure.

SparkTech, for the 7/16" socket the pass through max capacity is 0.35 inch, the 1/2" socket is 0.43 inch and the 9/16" socket is also 0.43 inches.
do this socket set works with the X6 ratchet?
Elmer, yes, these use the same pattern as the X6 Ratchet.
Does this Cresent pass through socket set have an extension sold separately at least? I bought one some time back and when a situation came where I needed an extension I no longer could of used this cool set.
Jose, We do not make one in the Crescent line however we do have them available in our GEARWRENCH brand. We offer a 3-inch and a 6-inch extension that would work with this Crescent set, 231060GR (3-inch) and 231080GR (6-inch).
The first one I bought came with a socket tray. The one I just bought for home use didn't come with anything to hold the sockets. Did they stop adding the socket tray with it?
Ryan, in an effort to reduce the amount of plastic used for this product we no longer offer the larger plastic tray with this set.
Do they sell larger sockets for this wrench
No idea on that question, but I have used this tool several times and itnis great! Really helpful for almthread and long bolts.
