I'm not the chef in our house so I rely on my wife in evaluating these Cristel pans. I did observe while she was using them. These pans appear very well made. A nice sturdy weight, but comfortable to use. They cook with a nice uniform heat. The meat browned evenly. They cleaned very easily. Nothing adhered to the cooking surface. Removing the handle before putting them in the dishwasher made them fit in easily. It also helps when storing them in the cupboards. My wife would like to get some additional pots and pans like them.

These two frying pans with one interchangeable handle “3-Piece Set” is simply fantastic. Super high-quality non-stick cookware. Heavy duty material that is warp proof. And they come with a 10 year warranty. Made in Burgundy, France. Can be used on gas burners, electric stove tops and induction cooking. I even tried the smaller pan in the oven without the handle of course and it works perfectly. Excellent nonstick quality. Eggs, fried fish, home fries. Nothing stuck. I was curious when first testing out these pans. What is very nice also with these pans is you can cook and serve right from the pan. The wife and I love to cook and we will be using these beauties regular. Very impressed and highly recommend these pans are A #1.

I’m surprised this French cookware is not more widely distributed in the U.S. The nonstick surface is superior to anything I’ve cooked with in the past. These are high quality skillets. The removable handle engages securely. I like the convenient, space-saving storage this design accommodates.

Love this frying pan set! The two sizes are great for most needs and they are excellent quality! It was packed better than anything I've ever had shipped to me. Very easy to store with the detachable handles as they stack nicely and only take up the amount of room as a dish the same size. They look beautiful as serving dishes with the handle removed, so you can cook and serve in the same pan-very versatile! My plans are to slowly get rid of my other cookware and replace them with these.

This is a top-quality non-stick sauté pan set. You can cook with very little oil or butter, reducing fat calories. Scrambled eggs with just a hint of butter. The pans conduct heat so well, diced onions brown without burning, cheese melts without sticking, and the eggs turn out fluffy (with no sticking). The weight of the pans is excellent and the bottoms sit perfectly flat; they conduct heat better than other pans, so use a lower heat setting. The removable handle (fits both pans) makes storage so much easier, and the handle isn't in the way on the cooktop. We love these pans!
