This is a beautiful, substantial, heavy pan. Having two handles is enormously helpful in getting it in and out of my close to the floor oven. This pan heats evenly, stays hot out of the oven a long time and is a breeze to clean. Braising meat, roasting vegetables and baking casseroles have all been successful in this pan. The fact that it is so pretty on the counter and table are added benefits.
