This extra set of burners, one large and one small, are exceptionally stable and well-made. The cast iron burners are so efficient and evenly heated, take a minute to warm up to high, and they are individually dialed so you can use one or both as needed. They work much better than electric coil burners. Exceeded expectations!

Cuisinart Smart
This double burner works as described. Each feature is what I needed. I love it! I have a kitchenette and this unit along with Cuisinart's convection/rotisserie oven/toaster/warmer, microwave and numerous other Cuisinart products (cookware, too) makes my kitchen Cuisinart smart! This burner comes highly recommended.

Perfect for our small house in the desert...
I removed our 4 burner stove/oven and replaced it with this and a air/fry/toaster TOA60 ! The two of us only need a two burner and small oven so our small house and it's kitchen is complete. Satisfied! Saved us so much space.

Met our expectations
Bought this for a makeshift kitchen in the basement during our kitchen redo. We've had to adjust our expectations a bit, because it's not as powerful as a cooktop. If you give the burners time to heat up, they're fine. Keep a lid on the pan on the smaller unit to assist to bring to boil, otherwise it takes quite a while. Nice design and easy to keep clean, and is serving it's purpose. Will keep it to use for potlucks and cookouts after our redo is complete.

Slow to heat
Nice looking stove top and easy to clean. However, very slow to heat up. Small burner does not cook well so we use the large burner exclusively.

Then perhaps for safety reasons, the heat is shut down once it gets to a high level.

Slowly but surely
Good for trying to get away from a gas stove. Heats up very slowly, but once it gets going it does the job. The only thing I wish was a surefire way to clean the burners and make them glisten as when they were new. I've only had the unit for a month and already it looks like I've been using it for years. If you get a spill on it, just let it burn off, if it ever does. Solutions don't work, soap and water doesn't work, vinegar solution doesn't work. Otherwise, I love this. I just don't want to stand before a stovetop and breath in methane.

Good purchase , efficient and compact
Great product, easy to clean, large burner heats quickly, good size to fit I’ve half of gas range, looks good. The small burner does not heat quickly at all, and the cast iron tops are prone to rust if not dried completely
