I cooked Prime Rib at 500° in this pan.
The drippings made the perfect Au Jus sauce. As long as you rinse it right away with cool soapy water it is a breeze to clean.

Roasting pan
Extremely durable and well built, heavy duty. The handles are secure and not flimsy. The rack is a bonus and compliments the roaster. Well worth the money, will be a pan carried through out my family’s generations

Good pan, twisted rack.
Quality of materials and finish is excellent. Quality of manufacturing is good with the pan, disappointing with the rack. The rack arrived undamaged, but twisted. It is out of true alignment by about one-quarter of an inch. This causes it to roll back and forth on any level surface. There was no sign of any damage to the packaging from shipping, so I am led to believe this to be poor quality control in manufacturing. This should not occur with merchandise of this price level. I called customer service to report the issue. The person was friendly and understanding. But it has been several weeks, and nobody has followed up on my complaint and request for a replacement rack. I have purchased several Cuisinart products in the past. All of the others arrived in good condition and have worked perfectly. Other than lack of customer service, I would recommend Cuisinart products as well made and of good value.

Recommend the 16" Roasting pan
The first and only time that I used the roasting pan was Thanksgiving dinner. It held a 14 lb turkey easily, then made a great gravy with the drippings and cleaned up nicely.
