Great product
This product is very easy to use and very easy mix. The directions are clear, and I was relieved to read that after the initial damp wipe down, you use cheesecloth or any soft, dry cloth for cleanup because the client chose black grout which would have been a nightmare to clean up!

Would never use again
Linen Polyblend Plus dried in a range of colors from white to light brown but not consistent anywhere on the floor. It also left patchy marks on the ceramic tile plus a grout haze we cannot remove. Absolutely a terrible product and now we could end up tearing out the tile and doing it over thanks to this product.

Not gray grout
In looking for a dark gray grout we went with “charcoal gray”. I wish they would have called this by the actual color, pitch black. There is nothing gray about it. I have faded black leggings that are more grey than this grout. Super disappointing. Besides ripping it all out, we’re stuck with it now. Putting gray anywhere in the color name when it is obviously black is very misleading.

Not black
I just remodeled my entire bathroom and was very specific about wanting black grout for the shower floor so that it would look solid black. That didn't happen. The grout is gray. So much money lost and so disappointed and unfortunately it has to stay the way it is.

Colour is not even close
I know the colour sample on the box is not 100% accurate. I was happy with it being off by a bit, but this is a completely different level. The colour is not even remotely close. Now I will have to get a coloured sealer or something to fix it. What a frustration after spending so much time on it.
