It cuts through grease, dirt, food and soap scum on tile, grout, chrome, glass and laminates. It contains TileLab stone, grout and tile sealer to reseal as it cleans. It also leaves a fresh citrus scent.

Cleaned it up!
I had low expectations on using this cleaner, I just wasn't sure how it would work out. I sprayed it on and let it sit for at least 10 minutes. I then took a grout brush (wearing gloves and safety glasses) and started scrubbing hard.
Wiped it clean and now that it has dried out I do think it is cleaner. I used a paint scrapper to get up some dried glue. Word of advice: immediately after wiping grout lines they will look darker until the solution dries, do not freak out.

Just tried it so I am not seeing if it really sealed. It appeared to have cleaned fine. Not sure if I need to use it a few more times to build up the sealer
