Too big, spins like a top
This is way too big for my faucet stem. It just spins like a top even though it looks identical to the handle that broke.
I also tried the Nibco replacement valve handle for small valve stems (model no. 090722D), which is way too small.
Then I found the Lasco 16 point broach (model no. 01-5105), which seems just about right. There is still a small amount of movement, but I don't think it's enough to strip the teeth on the valve stem.
Way too many different 16 point round handles.

To large for my older Nibco stem. I was able to fashion a nut to fit in the handle and then press fit it on the stem.
