Disappointed
I have had ours for 15 months and super disappointed by the rust. Seems like water stays around edges too.

Purchased this product in August "19 and I installed it in our guest bath in September. We rarely use this bathtub so I was very surprised when I found that it was totally rusted in less than three months. We noticed that the strainer isn't flat so the tub doesn't drain completely. It's garbage, don't buy it.

BEST PURCHASE EVER
I was a little reluctant to make this large of purchase without researching, so after about 6 months I finally decided on the gerber drain strainer thing. It was a little tricky to install but once I got the instructions online and borrowed a 'screwdriver' from my father in law I had it in in a little less than 4 hours. Now when my wife's hairs try to go down the drain they get stuck on the drainy screen thing and I don't have to call a plumber to pull them out, saving me thousands per year!

The strainer is beveled up so some water does not drain and sits in tub outside of strainer. Have to return and use old strainer
