Can I apply this over rounded corner?

How do you keep this from drying out after opening ? I have put it in a plastic bag, then a zip loc and then in another plastic bag. Still dries up.

Even a small breach/air gap between the packaging components (lid and cup) will allow the liquid in the formula to evaporate/escape, resulting in drying of the remaining portion of the filler. This can also occur if the product is stored in poor conditions, such as elevated temperatures and as the product ages (reaches its shelf life). If the product should thicken or is excessively dry, providing that the material was still pliable, a small volume of water may be added to the wood filler until a smooth/even texture/consistency is achieved. Do the areas on trim work that were patched with Plastic wood need to be primed before painting?

Can this product be used to fill voids the cracks on stair treads? Just wondering if it will crack off from the pressure of walking

Areas that may be subject to abrasion/wear and or moisture must be protected with a surface coating, such as a high-quality polyurethane, that is "traffic rated" for flooring applications. As with any hard setting wood repair filler, it should not be applied to joints, seams, or other areas prone to movement. I used it on my basement steps for that exact purpose about 4 years ago, then immediately painted with floor paint. Cracks disappeared and no signs of wear so far.
