Barely functioning, barely effective
I bought and installed these in Jan 2021. It's now Dec of 2022. They sometimes work, though most days they don't. Don't know if it's the battery or the solar insert that's diminished. The plastic top that covers the solar insert is cracked and pieces missing, so poor construction. When they were in their prime, I still had terrible groundhog problems, though maybe they deterred the weak? Wouldn't buy again. Don't recommend.

    No impact to gophers
    Makes no difference to Gophers just annoys humans. I saw a gopher eating my plant 2 feet from this product. It was not bothered by the noise or vibrations.

    Put the 2 stakes next a groundhog hole and turned...
    Put the 2 stakes next a groundhog hole and turned them on. The next day I covered the hole with dirt and it's still cover. It or they never came back.

    Animal Deterrent
    So far they are working great. I live in a mobil home and we have problems with ground hogs tearing the skirting open and goin underneath they tear up insulation and wiring. Since i been using them nothing has been touched i have one on each side of the trailer one covers up to 49ft. Well worth the price.
