Install a safety grab bar or towel ring on your tiled wall with the aid of a DEWALT 1/2 in. Diamond Drill Bit. The welded-diamond tip is designed to bore through abrasive, dense tiles, including glazed porcelain and ceramic in addition to rock-hard, solid-body porcelain. It operates at high speeds courtesy of reverse-spiral threads that allow continuous water cooling so you can complete drilling work quickly and cleanly. Plugged material is easily removable from the core-ejection slot so you can make repeated cuts without slowing down.
Ideal for use by bath and kitchen installers and commercial and residential plumbers
Reverse spiral thread allows continuous water feed for longer life and increased speed
Creates 1/2 in. holes in tile walls and countertops to install accessories like safety grab bars, water supply lines, towel bars, toilet paper dispensers and paper towel holders
Hardened alloy steel construction stands up to repeated use and high-heat conditions with proper water cooling
