Well the USB Power Source works with the battery that makes the Jacket heat up.So when you are not using the battery in the Jacket you can then use the battery to activate the USB Power Source.
These are for Dewalt Heated Jackets, the other side then whats shown in the pics has a round plug in for the jacket
It is one battery and one useless usb chared portable unit, that uses the same charger, not a battery for drill, that I can see or get to work .. I have this unit, and I don't like it.
