I haven't even bought it two years ago
I would like to know if I can send it back and get a new one or if I can return and get my money because it's already all broken and I'm very careful with my tools. I liked the toolbox for separating my tools well but I didn't expect it to last so little

Wasn't held together very well
My husband was given this as a gift and it broke the first time he went to use it. The drawer pull for the second drawer broke and arm (at least that is what I think it is) broke off all on the right hand side. Now you can only use the top part. Definitely not happy with this rolling tool caddy.

We set this up as a camp kitchen and it works great!!! Fits my huge 13 inch skillet in the bottom. Spices and utensils in the middle. And the top is our coffee, lights, and cups. So easy to open and lug around. We love it!

I bought 2 of these to hold all of my DeWalt tools as I do a lot of work for friends and family and I thought the portability would be a great. Well I have had this product less than a week and the slide hinge on the side has already broke completely off of one and the other one appears to be weakening. Why would you make a part like this out of plastic when it is going to be under stress every time the drawer slide is in operation. I have spent thousands of dollars on DeWalt tools and I expected better.

All of my power tools are from the Dewalt 20v line. With a little arranging, I was able to get the circular saw, reciprocating saw, hammer drill, impact driver, 4 1/2" grinder, oscillating tool, jig saw, flashlight, and even the Dewalt 18ga brad nailer in the bottom. In the yellow section, masonry bits, brad nails, assorted screws, spade bits,and hole saws. Top is Dewalt drill and driver cases, batteries, and chargers, and hand tools. I do home remodel and diy. Box rolls very nicely even when fully loaded!

I purchased this item on clearance to use as a night stand, it has been exactly what I needed I know it's kind of a surprising use but it's nice to be able to open up and have my nightstand stuff inside and then close it up in the morning so it makes my room look cleaner and it's great storage and it's really convenient to move. I'm not sure how well it will perform with the heavier items in the top but it has worked perfectly for me

I purchased this product about 3 months ago to store all my hand tools and a few power tools. I will say that the space and organization of the box was amazing for my needs as a plumber. However, the quality of this box is pure garbage. The first month using the box, everything went super smooth with the box. I was in love with it. In the 2nd month, the side lock bars broke completely off of the box and both wheels broke off. Now into month 3, the ball bearing rails refuse to work and the bottom portion of the box has multiple splits and cracks. The cracks are large enough for a framing hammer to fall out of. I recently removed the top and middle potions of the tool box, and threw out the bottom compartment. I use the top section to hold different drill bits and hole saws, while the middle section sits on a shelf to help keep PEX fittings organized. This toolbox is a waste of money for any working professional. It would be great for light duty use, but completely forget about it if you need a box to use daily.
