Pain free Grease gun
I was struggling to grease my Ferris Zero Turn Lawn Mower. Holding the nozzle on the grease fitting, while trying to squeeze the trigger on the manual grease gun with one hand was frustrating. Now all I need to do is pull the trigger with one finger while holding the nozzle on the fitting. This cordless grease gun is great.

Have questions about tool
Ordered DCGG571M1; looking at the tube threads that screws in the gun, they look damage to me, I ordered another one and had to seen back, because it wouldn’t prime up, the threats looked the same as this one. Is this normal?

it is not made in US..
Ordered as tool made in USA. Web descriotion says “built in USA” and look for this logo, but all I can see “ Made in Mexico”... that is the reason I ordered from Home depot, to get US built tool, cause the better deals elsewhere... returning.

Broke when I clipped it on my belt
Not impressed with the quality of Dewalt lately. I have been using Dewalt for the past 15 years and noticed the quality of the tools has gone down dramatically. This 240 dollar impact broke after clipping it to my tool belt. I take care of my tools. It wasn't dropped or anything like that. It just broke.

dewalt was my go to
impact was working fine for about a year then it all went down hill. I felt it lost power or was stripping im not sure then this happened. Im not ready to move on from dewalt just yet but somthings got to give 200 bucks down the drain and I have to purchase another one.

Premature failure
Was a christmas gift from my son.
Think it has its second tube of grease through it and the drive gear on the motor cracked. Definitely a defective part. Horrible noise and it doesent pump properly due to slipping gear.

Durability?
When i first purchased this tool everything was great, the battery life was superb and was pleased overall with its performance. I had a issue with the button that it would sometimes get stuck but no big deal, nothing major. Then in less than 2 years when i purchased this tool it SNAPPED!!! It was dangling from my belt, didn't even noticed how it happen. All that i can think of is that the material/ shell got weaken throughout the year/ months. I had the occasional drop but it was from my waist down nothing major. The impact still works, there is no issue with the mechanical part its only the shell that partially broke.
