Q:I just purchased this on 8/21/23 and it worked for 10 minutes and then cut out. I charged the batteries again and put them in and it worked for less than a minute and won't turn back on. I did all the trouble shooting that was in the manual and web.

First experience with a battery powered mower
I got this from my neighbor who didn’t like it. Sharpened the blade that was beat. Mowed my 1/4 acre of grass on mulch mode, both batteries still show 3 bars. Cut quality was reasonably good.
Can’t believe how quiet it is, like a shop fan if you stood next to it.
The only thing I don’t like is the shape of the handle, it’s really uncomfortable to hold for some reason.
But, that is the only down side.

First the batteries now the mower
I purchased a DEWALT mower a while ago. Recently, I received two replacement batteries, but the mower still won't work. Frustrated and disappointed with this experience. Looking for a prompt resolution.
I am writing this review not out of spite but in the hope that DEWALT can address this issue promptly and effectively. I genuinely believe in the potential of your products, and I would like to continue having faith in the DEWALT brand.

Shipped with defective battery
I have used the mower 4 times. It gave an acceptable cut. Now 1 of the batteries is not charging. This renders the mower useless as it requires both to operate. The battery shows 1 bar and will not charge at all. Frustrating.

Waste of money, very disappointed
I bought this mower back in late March, and recently in early July it stopped working. Batteries are charged, but as soon as it starts it stalls and shuts off. Tried many things but I think the electric-motor is done. I’m very disappointed because when it worked I really liked it but there’s no reason why I should spend over $500 on a mower that can’t even last a season. It’s past the 90 day return policy so I have to go though dewalt to return the mower which I don’t want to deal with.

Nice lawn, worthless customer support
I love this lawn mower, the problem I have is it was faulty out of box, the rear axle was pressed I correctly and would not hold height adjustment, "limited 3 year warranty" garbage, tried to make me send my entire lawn mower through ups to make a warranty claim. It was a manufacturing error, all I need is a correct rear axle, and all I got was a run around, I wouldn't recommend dewalt lawn mowers to anyone I know, due to the simple lack of support. My tool is not broke, the axle was assembled wrong.

Avoid at all costs
Battery life sucks. Batteries come off mower overheated. Bagger does not collect clippings. If you have an extremely small yard, or a yard with unhealthy crap grass this mower might be for you. But if you have any type of healthy lawn, avoid this mower at all costs. There is not one good thing I can say about this mower.

Terrible Battery Life
Shame on me for not reading the reviews. My yard is less than .4 acres and I only got about half of it done before the batteries died. Other than that it did an okay job. I would not recommend if your lawn is larger than .25 acres. Buying 2 more Batteries and chargers would be the same price as another mower. I love all of my other Dewalt tools but this one missed the mark.

Terrible choice I made last season on the name of Brand!
I bought this last season and used it 3-4 times. It worked well.
But today when I tried to use it , it doesn't even start. Batteries are fully charged and tested. But lawn mower doesn't start. There is no descriptions of errors about this product on any website as well.
I do not recommend this product to anyone!
Highly disappointed by dewalt!
