            convenient 3rd hand
This is my first power nailer, I have used air powered nailers i the past, and I have always used a hammer and nails. But admittedly this makes installing trim easier, especially when you are holding the trim, or material with one hand, you can use this to nail it in place. I have used elbows, feet, head chin, neck you name it I've used it to hold the piece in place so I can hold the nail and hammer with my hands. Furthermore the absence of air hose and necessary air compressor for an air powered gun, makes this an obvious choice. I was initially concerned with battery life, and even more so when I discovered this only came with a 2ah battery, my concerns were put to rest after the first day of use.

              Love my nailer!!!
It’s light and strong. It’s doesn’t use the full nail stack and request a recharge with 7 nails left which can be a little wasteful. Battery life is good.

I have always wanted to buy a battery operated Brad Nailer. I have never used before buying this Dewalt brand Brad Nailer. Wow! This thing is awesome! Great for all kinds of projects. Easy to use and no lugging around a compressor and hose. Great product.

An excellent alternative to pneumatic nailers
I recently bought the DeWalt 20v 16g finish nailer and loved it so much that I had to have the 18g brad nailer. I typically have to do most of my home renovations and projects after my kids/wife go to sleep, and using these nailers without a loud, clunky compressor is a godsend. No hose to route or trip over, no oiling, no hassle. I cannot get enough of these cordless nailers. I recently used this brad nailer for some cabinet trim work shooting 3/4" nails and it worked like a champ. Despite its size, I was easily able to fire nails into tight locations. This is a great deal, too- the full kit is only $20 more expensive than the tool-only Milwaukee equivalent

Way better than lugging around a nailer, hose, and compressor... looking for an outlet and waiting for the compressor to charge making all the sweet sweet compressor noise. Would like for more components to be metal instead of plastic, but so far, wish I had purchased this sooner.
