Hose durability
Great self contained machine, small footprint . Does what its designed for. Powerful enough for the jobs needed around the house, patio, pvc fence, driveway and vehicles. So why the 2 stars? Hose durability is suspect. For the price you would think that the hose would be more durable and last a little longer than after 5 uses. I had used it on 5 separate occasions and the hose has already cracked. Results on me having to spend more extra money on a replacement hose on top of what was already paid for the washer. Buyer beware hose easily kinks repeatedly definitely weaking and causing mine to crack. I purchased the system back in April 2023.

Enough pressure for general use around house. Glad I got this instead of finicky gas powered.

Great compact washer
Turbo nozzle exploded within 10 minutes of usage. And it’s not the first case… but overall washer is great, perfect size and not worse than the bigger models.
If customer support rep would like to contact me about that issue please re-develop that nozzle first and then send me a new one. Thanks

Turbo nozzle exploded within an hour
I was really looking forward to using this compact pressure washer. It's the perfect size for general use around the house and washing vehicles. Stores great. Has decent pressure for it's size and easy to handle. One thing that makes me wonder if it will hold up any long term use was the poor quality of the turbo nozzle supplied with the washer. I was using it to clean our patio and pool deck area and less than an hour of use the turbo nozzle exploded off the end of the wand. When I found all the parts the black plastic end had came off the metal fitting that holds it in the wand. It had stripped the plastic threads making the nozzle useless. I place an email to DeWalt customer service a day ago but have not gotten a response back.

Great washer in a compact form.
This pressure washer is awesome! The washer itself sits inside a sturdy metal cage that is easy to pick up and has wheels for dragging it around. It is well thought out to keep the compact form and light weight. The electrical cord winds up on the bottom and the wand and accessories all fit in a compartment on the end. The want tips are stored in the handle and need no tools to switch. Just release the compression sleeve and swap the tips. It couldn't be easier. It is electric so you don't have to worry about conditioning the gas over the winter and no pull starting. You just plug it in and start it up.

Electric Power Washer
This power washer is powerful, durable, and portable. It’s 2100 max PSI electric pressure is strong enough to clean tasks at a job site or at home. It cleans decks, sidewalks, boats, outdoor furniture, cars, and job site tools. Yesterday, I watched my neighbor cleaning his boat. It turns out he was using this DeWalt washer. There are four nozzles including a turbo nozzle. It has internal storage for the wand and the four nozzles.

Compact, Sturdy, Functional
Unlike other pressure washer's that need to be stored like a push lawn mower this multi point grab bar compact pressure washer can easily be stored vertically or horizontally onto my garage storage ledge. All nozzles and hose are hidden inside it's own storage area. It's has a functional retractable handle like luggage. I found it easy to use but even easier to store. It has enough pressure power to clean up my side walk areas but gentle enough to use on the trucks and cars in a pinch. It's weighs just 24#; the same as my fancy sewing machine so even I can store it away. Good buy.

Small Package / Surprising Performance
I enjoy keeping my cars looking their best but I don't like the chore that it has become to prep my gasoline powered pressure washer, plus all the noise and stink that is generated. Granted, this Dewalt electric pressure washer certainly doesn't match my gas powered units PSI or GPM output, but it is quieter, transports easier because it's a lot smaller and lighter and it does provide adequate strength for most other exterior cleaning jobs that I've encountered lately. The overall design for this machine is very well thought out from both a usage and storage perspective. When not in use, the GFCI protected power cord and the kink resistant pressure hose stores out of the way on the compact machine. In addition, the 3-piece pressure wand and seperate turbo tip (for more intensive cleaning) store in a latching, internal compartment. Portability is GREAT too because of the solid wheels and telescoping handle; certainly less of a temptation than to just drag the power washer by the spray hose or power cord. Another plus is that the smaller wand tips store right on the spray gun keeping them in easy reach for quick change-outs, and just as importantly, keeps them from getting misplaced between uses. Lastly, the Dewalt DWPW2100 is covered under a limited warranty for up to 3-years, a 1-year free service agreement and 90-day money-back guarantee.
