Great value!
This thing is great. Got it shipped to my house. Set it up in my garage and it works wonderfully. It’s only been a couple of months but so far I love it.

I had really high hopes!
I bought this after I returned three Husky 20 gallon silent compressors because none of them were restarting after the motor kicked in. They were silent and powerful but all three had the kick-starting problem.
This DeWalt is a beast, very powerful. Looks great, the motor starts without any problem. Never tripped the power. These are all the plusses I like.
But, here are the problems: First, it is full of RUST! I have drained the tank several times, and it is still bleeding rust every time I empty it making the ground a huge mess.
Additionally, it is VERY LOUD! It is by no means a silent compressor. I tried HUSKY and Eagle silent compressors before this, and they were quite silent. This compressor is not silent and it is very loud.
It also takes forever to fill it. Eagle would fill its 20-gallon tank in less than five minutes, this one takes over 10 minutes to fill the tank.
So, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!
I hope DeWalt can address these issues, particularly the RUST problem.

It was a Real Inconvenience. The 1st one I ordered, the Fed Ex Driver Delivered Upside Down. Tank was on top, motor on bottom. I attempted the “Break In Process” and 1 minute Left the motor made a Noise and it started Smoking. I had ordered another one, but had it delivered to the store. Same thing happened. I almost thought they gave me the same one back, but it was wrapped like New. I had to return them to the store twice! They asked me if I wanted to try a 3rd attempt, but I opted out of a 3rd possible inconvenience. It was really disappointing cause I purchased air tools for it and now can’t use them. Now I have to try to buy one in store cause I don’t want to go through this again!

Max out out was stated as 200 psig but is only 150 psig. I bought it and couldn’t use it. I plan to return it.
