DEWALT Diamond Tile Bits provide a quick, clean way to precisely drill through the densest, most-abrasive tiles, including glazed ceramic and rock-hard porcelain (both solid-body and glazed). The bits feature an ultra-durable welded-diamond tip, which easily outperforms and outlasts conventional masonry bits. Reverse spiral threads permit continuous water cooling, so you can run the bits at higher speeds without fear of overheating. There’s even a core-ejection slot that removes a plug of waste material, which is ideal for repetitive hole-boring jobs.

Do I need hammer drill? Can I use it to drill a hole through stone/brick wall for installing 3/4" electrical pvc pipe?
Asked by: chopstick
All you need is a regular drill & water. As far as conduit size, a pvc pipe outside diameter is going to be about 1-1/8"

will this drill a hole in the bottom of a glass hottle?

Asked by: jayne
I would say yes, as diamonds are definitely harder than glass. Be sure to use water to keep the bit cool.
