Where is the chemical injection port? Is a hose and bottle hanger come in the box?

Yes really eazy. The machine comes with a fill tube AND FILTER that you attach to the barbed fitting at the outlet of the pump. Then connect the black spray nozzle at the end of the lance that will cause the soap to suck through the fill tube and then through the pressure washer. Its a low pressure stream but they all work let that. the one gallon bottle does not hang anywhere on the machine so set it next to the machine by the fill tube. and you are good to go. Great machine by the way. get it and enjoy it.

Cant list HP due to laws that prevent doing so. Only CC. Weight can be done but don't see the purpose since there are handling instructions and warnings on the box.

Why is the GPM virtually the same on this model as the 3300PSI Dewalt since they have different pumps? - this one being a better pump

Kevin, the use of different styles of pumps (axial cam vs triplex) is normal in the industry.

How would you choose between this model and the 3300PSI model - What will an additional 30 PSI get you?

Asked by Kevin April 2, 2021

It vibrates too much and has damaged by pavement with the black rubbers. The entire pressure washer moves because of the vibration which is very dangerous. The engine has issues turning on and randomly shuts off. Lastly, the manual doesn't have much information on troubleshooting issues. I had to go online and watch tutorials on YouTube to resolve the engine problems.

When filling the oil should it be at the middle of the dipstick

Not a problem dont over fill but try to get it to just below the marker on the stick. Mid will work as well. If too low or does not show on the stick engine will not start.

Awesome Machine
After much reseaching I decided to purchase the Dewalt 3600. Instructions for putting unit together not as clear as could be however, after some time of rereading I was able to put everything in the right places.(Take your time reading manual to setup.) I used Mid-grade gas only. Get a good water hose. I was being cheap and this unit is so powerful that it busted the cheap hoses. I ended up purchasing the one they recommend. Once I started my project...Wow! this machine is AWESOME. It removed dirt that hadn't been cleaned in 30 yrs. It saved me a lot of time by getting things cleaned the first usage. My walk, driveway, bricksiding, even brick mailbox looks like new. One of my neighbors came up and took a picture of the machine because she was so impressed by the mailbox being that clean, after seeing how dirty it was in the beginning.

Update on Second Attempt
We are missing a bolt again. Had to tighten 75% of well everything. Not even hand tight. Going back tomorrow and ordering as anything but this. Have to complete job tomorrow and maybe they’ll be a different experience. Either way going back simply because engine bolt missing. What you think they’ll say when you take in for repair and it’s missing. I’m sure the whole it came this way story will be laughed at. Dewalt there is a reason I don’t buy anything with your name on it. Simpson the only reason for purchase was because I read this was your creation with a Dewalt tag. Reading the reviews I would highly suggest separating from the yellow and black. Do what you want but I’m not even stopping by once this is returned. Going with the hot rod one. Briggs motor AR pump. I just came off that combination and flawless for a decade. Simpson Dewalt willl leave you behind in this crap and not care. Get out and publicly remove all ties. Or not and this comment section is just a window of the relationship to come. Have a great day

Attention to detail
During first use the frame rubber bumper fell off. It appears to be held on by a large rivet. Also found that engine mounting bolts were loose because the nuts fell off. Whoever assembled this machine was not paying attention. I suggest checking all bolts/fasteners before use.

Engine bolt missing
Bought this from HomeDepot 3 days ago and found that a bolt on the engine missing. Contacted Dewalt and they directed me to FNA, and FNA is saying there was a shortage of bolts in the assembly line and it is back ordered. They are going to send me the bolt whenever it is available. My question is that, is it going affect the life of this unit if I use it. Please see the photo and the red arrow pointing to the bolt missing. Not sure what to do with this.

DeWalt and Honda equals satisfaction
What is there to say, DeWalt and Honda combined in a pressure washer. It delivers as expected. Starts on first pull, pressure washer runs smooth and plenty of cleaning power.

The machine is powerful and I would categorize as 'prosumer' grade overall. The pump is modular an easily upgradeable should it fail and the Honda engine is a reliable choice and pretty easy to start. Where I do have issue is with the accessories, one included and one was a separate ($99) purchase. The desk scrubber which I bought at the same time lasted only three uses, I would estimate less than 6hours total use. If you look at reviews for this, there is a major design fault. The central 'bearing' that the spray arms pin around uses nylon washers and not bearings. These wear out very quickly and very consistently. Dewalt do not provide parts. This tiny item renders the whole thing completely unusable. As this is (for me and likely most users) a seasonal use item, the warranty period had expired. Second issue, again in less than 6hrs of use, the high pressure host split. Once again, this cannot be repaired and is a $59 replacement cost (for comparable Dewalt replacement). The warranty accessories - is 90 day limited warranty... So for me, the 'usage' costs have been disproportionally extremely high...

I decided to upgrade my old Troy Bilt washer, and gift it to a family member. Was pretty happy with the years of service from the old one! Honda engines! Can't go wrong! But this beast was impressive right away! I could feel the difference from 2600 PSI to the 3400 in all my uses. But with the surface washer, I could really feel it, and see it. I might have a learning curve for the other uses, and be more cautious of getting too close to some things? I have only had it for a week, but I love the heavier duty construction, and I know that is part of what I paid for. So overall, I anticipate years of life with this engine, and the beefed up pump! I couldn't be happier with the extra money I spent. I know there are cheaper models with similar specs, but sometimes you really get what you pay for... If anything happens this year, I will certainly comment about it! But I am totally impressed and happy with this purchase. I am a DeWalt tool fan, but I am not biased. This washer is impressive!
