A:  I would check with DeWalt. There is a dimple on each end of the bar that does not allow the trigger part to be slid off and reversed. It may not be designed as a spreader. Good luck.

A:  Your question reminds me of 7th grade algebra… it is not possible to solve for X without more information.

A:  Not sure what you are asking. The throat is 1.5 inches deep and the span is 4.5 inches. It will give 35 lbs. clamping pressure.

A:  Yes these will work fine in that application. They can be as tight as you want them with the trigger handle.

A:  If the drawer is small enough and light weight (this only spans 4-1/2 inches).

A:  It depends on the size of the drawer - you may have to get a larger clamp or even a 90 degree clamp. Look at the drawer construction and what you must piece back together. Take some measurements of what pieces must be clamped. You will want your clamp t o be a few inches larger than your measurement. Good luck on your project.

                    Love This Lil Guy
I love this lil guy. Strong clamping, small size, useful for so much more than woodworking. I do wish they were cheaper or came in packs with better value, but it holds up with the big boys.

This clamp is just the right size to fit into a 1/2" PVC pipe. The PVC pipe was held onto the clamp with some thermoplastic (Insta-Morph). Using (inxpensive) PVC pipe connectors, I can now attach anything to a table/desk/etc. including an endless list of assistive technologies (AT)!

I had tried a generic version of these little clamps, but they quickly failed. These seem more robust, and work more smoothly than the cheapie version. For small jobs in confined areas these are a good value.

Very useful addition to the toolbox
I was pleasantly surprised to find how useful these little clamps were. Just enough force and so small they don't get in the way on the job or in the tool bag.

First off, I own several of the larger clamps for woodworking. They are perfect and easy to use. Recently I’ve started doing some 3d printing and gluing some pieces together. This small clamp is great for small projects. It may look small but the clamping strength is just as good as the larger ones.
