After almost 3 years starts up on the first pull

Total Junk
Used this piece of junk 3 times for short periods. On the 3rd use it started spraying pump oil out all over the driveway from the little black cap. It then turned to water spraying out. Now it is just leaking whatever is left onto my shop floor. Can't seem to find parts for this nor info on how to get warranty work. But looking at the other reviews I doubt I will get help anyway. I will never buy another dewalt product. This is total trash.

A Very Powerful Machine
I have owned several other Pressure Washers from 2500 to 3700 psi. I can say with relative certainty that this Dewalt 4000psi is conservatively rated. This unit was purchased online and arrived undamaged and with all parts included for a quick 15 min set up. The units Honda GX 270 engine runs like a Swiss watch started on the second pull. This engine is strong and balanced but quiet relative to its size and power output.
My first task was the concrete floor in my 4 car garage. 45 min , done

After 2 years still no issues! Glad I got it!
Easy start & maintenance. It has more than enough pressure & power to complete any task around my home/property fast. The quality of parts & materials is above average & have held up great over the past 2 years. The handle easily removes so I can put this in the back of my SUV. It's easy to maneuver. Crap
Bought this psi washer for occasional use with construction company, first was to soft wash a large roof, second job was to prep for building paint job, nothing unexpected or demanding. On the second job the pump blew rods and seals and had to be sent out for repair( took 2 months). Got it back and psi washed my patio, pump blew again in 45 minutes!

Will not pump
My simpson bit the dust so i had to make a snap purchase and this was the pnly one they had at the time that would work for me. It was very hard to start but it performed well when it got going. I used this brand new pressure washer about two hours total last year to finish washing my dock. Pulled it out to wash my boat this year and it will not pump. Starts up and immediately loses pressure. Come on Dewalt this is a brand new unit is it still looks new, Watts up

Almost a perfect machine
This machine has a great overall performance. Great pairing for DeWalt and Honda. However, I can't say anything positive about the AAA Triplex oil level sight window other than it is easy to read that most of the oil has once again leak out of its inferior gasket-to-groove reservoir. One positive way of looking at it is the oil will always be fresh and clean.

i want to give it 5 stars but missing parts
so far this machine is everything I wanted but I’mgiving it 3 stars because the first one i bought missing hose. Had to return for an exchange. Now i opened the box and i thought yeah everything is there. Nope. The thumb knobs are missing. So I had to use bolts I found in my toolboxs to put it together. The hose is not the hose in the picture or video. Its an industrial hose that wil not twist or bend with pressure. Also its so thick that it wont hang properlly So i had to return and buy the 80.00 flexible hose. Which if you look in the video thats the hose he’s using????? The picture shows the hose it came with and the hose i bought. Both 50’ foot long

AAA pump on this dewalt pressure washer leaks all the time
purchased this and it runs fine but the sight glass constantly leaks pump oil. reached out to dewalt which told me to reach out to the pump manufacturer. turns out pump seals are not under warranty and you have to buy a 200 dollar rebuild kit to get the seal. purchased the kit and it still leaks. the seal is way to thin for the groove it sits in. Had to use gasket sealant to get it to hold oil . poor design.
