Do these fit over ear with those clips?
They don't go over your ear, it's more like they hold them in your ear. The buds still go inside and the clips fit inside the fold of your ear.
Is this comparable to Apple phine
I assume you mean Apple iPhone and yes it is compatible. It should be compatible with any of the smart phones with bluetooth.
How do I power them on?
There's 3 buttons on the Controller; "+", "-" and an oval "Phone" button in the middle. Just PRESS and HOLD the "Phone" button until the LED turns Blue. Then release.
Are they osha approved?
i use these but i am not sure if osha - approved - i only use one ear bud i use them under ear muffs - this allows the sound but stops harmful out side sound also
