Please ignore the previous answer. There's a slot at the top on the right hand side. You can see it in the picture. Used blades go in that slot and then ride on top of the yellow follower.

Is there any way to reload the container? I noticed a slot on the top that looks like you can.

Turn the case upside down so th slot is on the bottom. Then gently slide a new blade toward the slot. Tricky but works. The first blade out takes some work.

absolute garbage
I’ve bought these a couple times thinking maybe it was just a bad batch. I only use this to cut paper on a cutting mat. They don’t even cut paper.

Could’ve put arrow to show where to slide
Had to mess around with this to figure out that the blades slide out from right to left after I tore the top off and replaced it a couple times gouging my hand to see how the thing works Obvious once you know how, and once you notice the hard-to-see tiny dark blade slot, but the designers surely could’ve put an arrow on the label for those who never used this type of package. For example the following could be printed near the blade view window. <- Slide Blade (so at least you would know not to rip the top off... you just slide the blade out. It’s supposed to provide blades for everyone, even dummies, not just mechanical geniuses.)
