A:  No. They come just as you see in the picture, in the plastic 

A:  No they come attached to a card that would hang on a peg in the store. However I just peeled the plastic cover off of the cardboard backing, and whenever I use one of these I pop it out of the plastic, use it then pop it back into its spot in the plastic cover. This has worked out fine for me. I leave that plastic cover in the bag with my drill and other bit sets That I use and they all stay in the plastic cover just fine. I haven't had one come loose yet.

A:  No, they do not come with a toughcase.

A:  Impact rated are designed to be used on Impact Drivers.
